- 落實產線物料管理，確保帳物一致。
- 分析並改善生產效率，持續提升生產效能。
- 執行並推動品質改善專案，提升產品合格率。
- 具備良好的問題解決能力與跨部門溝通協調能力。
- 日班、夜班皆可，能接受夜班尤佳
