## Job description

### 一、工作內容說明
- 協同PM規劃、掌控新產品專案之研發時程與進度。
- 統籌研發團隊所需測試物料之需求，並管控分配進度狀況以及調度。
- 協調R&D進行BOM(Bill of Materials)的製作、拋送與變更之管制。
- 試作(Pilot Run)排程之協調，備料進度之跟催，跨部門溝通協調，排解異常狀況，作為研發團隊與工廠之間溝通橋樑，使新產品順利導入工廠。
- 新產品量產之後，各階段研發物料之回收處理以及成本管理。

### 二、需求條件

1.

### 學歷科系

大學以上(工程/企管/工管/資管相關科系尤佳) 2.

### 工作經驗

電腦產業2年以上；ODM/OEM相關經驗者尤佳。

### 出差說明

一年約1-2次; 時間 2週左右 英文要求: TOEIC 500以上 期望具備個人特質：配合度高, 細心程度高, 接受變化度高, 抗壓力強 WHAT WE NEED:

- 樂在協調、溝通與解決問題
- 對專案運作感到好奇
- 願意在實戰中累積專業能力
- 希望未來往專案管理或產品管理發展
