## Job description
- 監控與實體設備建置維護,系統管理,網路架構設定與優化。
- 與客戶溝通現場問題，整合分析後與L3商討解決方案與建議。
- 規劃並執行現場教育訓練與技術支援活動，並與內外部團隊（如電力 / 散熱工程、產品管理、技術支援等）進行跨部門協作。
- 依專案需求出差海外客戶資料中心，執行現場技術支援、教育訓練及問題分析。

### 專業能力
- 具備 AI Server、GPU 伺服器或資料中心現場維運相關經驗 2–5 年，熟悉資料中心層級問題分析者尤佳。
- 熟悉 Linux 作業系統環境，具備 GPU Driver / CUDA 安裝、設定或基本除錯能力，並了解 BMC 操作與事件分析。
- 具備 ITIL®
- CDCP、CCNA 或相關技術認證者佳（非必要）。 4.具備系統/網路工程師或具資料中心維運經驗之工程師或主管。

### 語言能力

1.英文多益 600 分 or 日文檢定N3以上
