【2026麥哲倫全球儲備人才計畫】 專為高潛力移動人才量身設計。 緯創提供紮實的專業與領導力培訓、輔導員機制，以及全球跨國移動機會。

### 跟著緯創環球列車出發，讓你的能力邁向國際、職涯加速起飛！ 職務內容
- 負責新產品導入專案的全程管理，包括從設計到量產的各個階段，確保專案按時、按質完成。
- 與跨部門團隊合作，協調資源，解決專案中的技術和管理問題。
- 進行風險評估和管理，制定應急計劃，確保產品在試產和量產階段的順利推進。
- 管理與客戶的溝通，確保客戶需求和期望得到滿足，並處理客戶品質相關問題。
- 使用PFMEA等工具進行流程改進，提升產品質量和生產效率。
