## Job description
- 參與智慧製造與品質改善相關 AI 應用的設計、開發及系統維運。
- 協助 AI 模型由開發階段導入正式環境，負責模型部署、版本管理、運行監控及異常排查。
- 建置及維護 DataOps、MLOps 與 CI/CD 流程，提升資料及 AI 服務的穩定性與開發效率。
- 與資料科學家、工廠使用者及 IT 團隊合作，釐清業務需求並轉化為可落地的技術方案。
- 參與生成式 AI、RAG 及 AI Agent 等技術的應用評估與開發。 【必要條件】 熟悉 Python、SQL、Git 及 Linux 基本操作。 具備資料處理、ETL、API 或後端服務開發經驗。 具備基本的軟體工程觀念，能進行問題分析、除錯及技術文件撰寫。 具備良好的溝通協調能力，能與跨部門團隊合作。 【加分條件】 具 Docker、Kubernetes、Airflow 或 CI/CD 實務經驗。 具 Azure、AWS、GCP 或企業內部 AI 平台使用經驗。 具 MLOps、DataOps、LLM、RAG 或 AI Agent 開發經驗。 具製造業資料整合、智慧製造或品質分析專案經驗。
