## Job description

### PCB設計支援
- 如材料、設計優化、製程、產品、客戶、生產組裝製造之相關設計與技術之優化、研發與導入，制定PCB電路板的設計和布局規則供各產品選用，非佈線工程師等。

### PCB材質認證
- 了解並選擇適合的PCB材料，根據需求選擇不同的材料性能，例如高頻、高速等。

### PCB廠商能力稽查與管理
- 評估和審核PCB供應商的能力，確認其研發工程能力、生產和交貨的品質和進度符合要求。

### PCB生產管理
- 監督和管理PCB生產過程，確保生產設備和生產流程符合標準，並能夠提高生產效率。

### PCBA 製程要求
- 確保 PCB 品質允收標準符合產品生產需求。

### PCB問題解決
- 產品重大品質異常分析與追蹤，解決PCB設計和製造過程中出現的問題，提供相應的解決方案，並進行故障排除。
- 具備2年以上的PCB設計經驗，熟悉PCB CAD/CAM 軟體，如Orbotech、CAM350、Polar Simulation Tool 或是品質統計相關分析軟體，如 Minitab 等。
- 了解各種PCB材料的特性和應用，熟悉不同材料的製造工藝和性能要求。
- 具備對PCB廠商的能力進行評估和審核的能力，熟悉PCB生產過程和品質控制標準。
- 具備良好的溝通和協調能力，能夠與團隊成員和供應商有效溝通和合作。
- 具備良好的分析和解決問題的能力，能夠獨立思考和提出解決方案，並能夠在壓力下工作。
