## Job description

Monitor product quality performance and lead quality improvement activities. Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues, including RCCA follow-up and closure. Conduct process audits, product audits, and quality system compliance activities. Support FAI, OOB inspections, reliability testing, and product validation activities.

Analyze quality data and establish quality metrics to support continuous improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues. Maintain quality documents, inspection standards, and operating procedures. Support internal, customer, and third-party audits. Drive initiatives to improve product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
