## Job description
- 負責自動化設備之日常操作、維護保養與異常排除，確保設備穩定運行。
- 協助進行設備異常問題分析，並配合提出改善與優化項目。
- 負責自動化設備專案的整體規劃與執行，包含需求分析、方案設計、時程與資源規劃，以及跨部門溝通協調與專案風險管理
- 執行設備與製程自動化導入工作，包含設備選型、規格確認、系統整合、現場安裝與測試，並針對導入過程之異常進行診斷與改善
- 執行專案成本及效益管理，包含預算編列與控管、成本分析與效益評估，定期檢討專案成果並提出改善方案，以提升投資回收與營運效益
- 能獨立完成需求訪談、方案設計、時程規劃與跨部門協調，並追蹤專案進度與風險管控
- 能依製程需求選型與整合設備、感測器與控制系統，並規劃導入測試與現場問題排除
- 具自動化系統與智慧製造推動能力，能協助導入數據蒐集、可視化與製程優化方案
- 具成本及效益管理能力，能進行投資回收與效益評估，控管專案預算與成本，並提出改善建議以提升設備利用率與整體產能
