- 電子產品電性異常分析與追蹤、產品測試良率追蹤
- 提出產品優化方案，提高產品穩定性與效率
- 公司內部跨部門合作，對於客戶設備問題提供解決或改善方案
- 公司及客戶端之協調、問題反應與解決
- 客戶關係維繫及客戶需求報告匯整及製作
- 傳達客戶議題並整合相關部門進行追蹤解決方案 1.依組織需求與職務專長安排職務 2.具備良好跨部門/國內外客戶溝通協作經驗尤佳
