## Job description
- 領導開發流程之執行及跨部門運作，負責機種開發之跨功能技術整合與管理，參與技術風險評估和擔任最終產品跨功能技術仲裁
- 規畫產品開發的進度及監督研發品質，在預定的預算、成本與時程達成預設的產品效能、品質與利潤
- 優化先期提案或RFQ競爭力，負責規劃及開發具有價格優勢和規格特色 (包括設計標準化、自動化) 的競爭力的產品
- 監督專案團隊在產品開發成本及工程品質控管、時程掌握、人力運用及資源管理，使產品順利量產
