## Job description
- 負責新興技術（如AI與量子科技）的研究與開發，探索其在業務中的應用可能性。
- 設計和實現創新解決方案，將技術概念轉化為實際產品或服務原型。
- 進行技術可行性分析，評估新技術的市場價值與技術適配性。
- 參與跨部門創新專案，提供技術支持與指導，推動技術落地。
- 持續學習並追蹤AI與量子科技領域的最新發展，並提供內部技術分享與培訓。
- 具備AI相關技術的實務開發經驗，熟悉深度學習、機器學習模型。
- 了解量子科技的基本原理，並能應用於研發與實驗中。
- 具備創新應用開發能力，能提出解決實際問題的技術方案。
- 熟悉程式語言如Python、C++或其他相關語言，並能進行快速原型開發。
- 擁有跨領域合作經驗，能與不同部門團隊有效協作。
