## Job description
- 協助人事行政庶務相關作業，如資料整理及檔案管理、離訪等
- 負責新人報到作業，包括資料收集、建檔與相關說明
- 協助履歷篩選、面試安排與實體面談接待，確保流程順暢
- 提供其他人力資源部門相關支持、招募系統維護與人資專案支援，確保運作效率
- 跨部門協作，協助訓練、福委、ESG等活動支援 6.、具備1年以上人力資源相關工作經驗 7、 其他主管交辦事項
