先進製程技術專案之開發、規劃、執行與應用導入
- 製程與設備導入評估
- 製程機械應力 / 可靠度 / 矽光子相關分析
- 測試板PCB layout
- PCBA製程技術與失效分析支援
- 技術專案之進度掌控、數據分析與整合
- 跨部門事務協調與溝通 職稱將依專業學經歷進行核敘 1. 應力/可靠度分析/矽光子相關軟體使用 2. 具備OFFICE文書軟體應用能力與技術文件撰寫經驗
