- 負責生產線人員出勤、物料庫存、設備效率管理
- 每日生產線目標達成, 生產線標準化, 作業效率提升, 產品外觀品質與組裝良率改善
- 客戶專案導入及定期稽核
- 跨部門溝通，產能優化，資源整合
- 幹部與現場人員教育訓練
- 跨廠區生產製造支援與協作 8.智慧製造相關專案導入
