## Job description
- 負責伺服器DC/DC 電源架構規劃，主導Multi-phase VRM、DrMOS/Power Stage、TLVR 電感、POL、eFuse、Hot Swap、LDO 等電源方案的選擇與設計。
- 主導伺服器專案之電源相關開發，從需求評估、設計驗證到量產導入，確保專案如期完成並符合客戶需求。
- 指導並培養電源設計工程師，包含電路設計、佈局最佳化、問題解析，提升團隊整體技術能力與問題解決效率。
- 與跨部門團隊協同合作，整合硬體、韌體與系統端需求，共同完成伺服器整機電源解決方案。
- 持續關注並研究國際伺服器電源市場與技術發展趨勢，規劃前瞻技術導入，協助公司建立技術領先優勢。

### 職務條件
- 具備8年以上伺服器電源設計與開發經驗，熟悉伺服器 DC/DC 電源架構與關鍵元件，能獨立規劃並主導專案執行。
- 具備跨部門溝通能力，能與各研發圑隊、PM、採購、製造等單位協調資源與時程，確保專案如期完成。
- 具備團隊領導與管理能力，能帶領電源設計團隊進行技術指導、工作分配與績效管理，培養團隊整體戰力。
- 具備具備良好問題分析與風險控管能力，能針對設計可靠度與量產問題提出改善方案，並持續優化設計品質。
