## Job description
- Work in the team in IDL and DL recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview the candidates, performed detailed reference checks and pre-onboarding.
- Partner with the team in recruitment best practice and provide relevant guidance and coaching on recruitment matters.
- To identify recruitment solutions to attract quality and secured potential candidates.
- To fulfil the position of confirmation annual work force budget.
- To execute the organizational plan, design and work force planning including strategy implementation by the Management.
- Control each Department work force based on current company establishment and Business Development requirement.
- Fulfill department manpower demand using various kind of recruitment channels.
- Strengthen DL Recruitment channels through Direct Hire, Local Agency Company (for Local and Foreign DL), Foreign Agency Company for DL Foreign hiring.
- Organized and attend external job fair organized by government and private agencies.
- Liaising with Universities, Top TVET institutions and schools to attract potential candidates.
- Agencies management by monitoring daily absenteeism and turnover rate for weekly and monthly agencies review meeting
- Any ad-hoc assignment that assigned by the Immediate Superior.
