### 生產計劃與排程
- 負責制定生產計劃，確保生產達到預定目標並按時完成。

### 生產品質管理
- 監督並確保產品品質符合標準，並制定相應的品質控制措施。

### 生產成本控制
- 負責監督生產成本，確保生產過程中的成本控制在預算範圍內。

### 人員管理
- 領導並指導生產團隊，確保團隊成員的培訓和發展，並維護團隊的和諧氛圍。

### 生產流程優化
- 持續改進生產流程，提高生產效率和產能，降低生產風險。
