## Job description

1. 負責新產品導入專案的全程管理，包括從設計到量產的各個階段，確保專案按時、按質完成。 2. 與跨部門團隊合作，協調資源，解決專案中的技術和管理問題。 3. 進行風險評估和管理，制定應急計劃，確保產品在試產和量產階段的順利推進。 4. 管理與客戶的溝通，確保客戶需求和期望得到滿足，並處理客戶品質相關問題。 5. 使用PFMEA等工具進行流程改進，提升人質量和生產效率。 6. 具掌握新產品試產管理的的知識，熟悉工廠的運作模式 7. 良好的溝通技巧、能進行有效溝通協調
