## Job description
- Responsible for organizing and filing construction site documentation, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of engineering documents and drawings.
- Assist in maintaining and updating cloud-based digital management systems to improve document management efficiency.
- Support administrative tasks for the construction team, including meeting minutes, progress tracking, and internal communication coordination.
- Oversee vendor payment processes, review relevant documents, and liaise with the finance department.
- Manage contract-related tasks, including editing, reviewing contract information, and communicating with partners.
- Familiar with the classification and management of engineering drawings and documents; relevant experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based digital management; proficient in common digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel).
- Experience in handling administrative tasks for construction teams, capable of independently managing project-related administrative duties.
- Practical experience with vendor payment processes, familiar with payment review standards and procedures.
- Proficient in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and communication coordination. ```
