## Job description
- 負責自動化設備及產線之規劃、設計與導入，依據製程需求進行設備功能定義與架構配置，具備整合機電與控制系統的能力。
- 進行PLC、PC Based控制程式撰寫、優化與除錯，包含I/O規劃、動作流程設計及人機介面（HMI）製作，具備邏輯思考與系統化程式設計能力。
- 執行自動化設備組裝、電控配線、系統整合與現場安裝測試（FAT/SAT），具備問題診斷、異常排除與改善能力。
- 與機構、製程、品保及客戶端協調溝通，釐清需求並提出技術解決方案，具備良好表達能力與跨部門合作能力。
- 持續優化設備性能與穩定度，進行設備改善、標準化與文件撰寫（包含操作手冊、維護手冊），具備持續改善與文件化管理能力。 1. 電機、電子、機電整合、機械工程、自動化控制等相關科系大學以上畢業，具備自動化設備或產線開發實務經驗。 2. 3年以上自動化設備開發、安裝或維護經驗，熟悉設備架構、感測元件與驅動元件選用。 3. 具備電控及軟體能力，如PLC（Siemens、Mitsubishi 或同級）、PC Based 控制（如C#/C++/LabVIEW等）程式撰寫與除錯經驗。 4. 能閱讀與繪製電氣圖、機構圖，熟悉基本電機與安全規範，具備問題分析與跨部門溝通協調能力。 5. 可配合專案需求出差與加班，具備主動積極、抗壓性高與良好團隊合作精神。
