## Job description
- 負責筆記型電腦開發專案整體規劃與執行，包含專案目標設定、時程與資源規劃、風險控管及跨部門協調，確保專案達成成本、品質、交期目標
- 依據市場與客戶需求，協同產品經理與研發團隊進行規格定義與設計方向確認，具備需求分析與產品定位能力，確保產品具競爭力與可行性
- 主導專案執行過程中的會議與溝通協調，整合研發、採購、製造、品保及業務等單位意見，具備良好溝通談判與問題解決能力，有效推動決策與執行
- 負責專案里程碑管理（如設計驗證、試產、量產導入），具備風險預判及應變能力，能針對異常狀況提出具體改善方案並追蹤執行成效
- 定期進行專案開發檢討與成效分析，具備系統性與邏輯性思考能力，能從專案過程中萃取經驗、建立標準流程與最佳實務，持續優化開發效率與品質
- 具3年以上筆記型電腦或相關硬體產品專案管理經驗，能獨立承擔專案自立案至量產之全流程管理
- 具消費型或商務型筆記型電腦產品開發經驗，熟悉市場需求與產品規格定義，能與PM/業務共同規劃產品方向
- 具良好時程規劃與進度控管能力，能制定專案排程、風險預警與資源配置，確保專案如期完成
- 具開發檢討與問題改善能力，能主導設計評審、試產檢討與量產問題分析，推動跨部門持續改善
- 具良好邏輯性與系統性思考能力，能清晰分析需求與問題、制定可行解決方案並有效溝通協調
