## Job description

o本職缺為負責Desktop產品ODM業務窗口工作，追蹤專案進度、處理客戶溝通、整理報價清單與跨部門協調。適合具備良好邏輯、語言能力與抗壓性，並希望發展電子製造與B2B專案管理經驗的人才。 工作內容 o整理成本與報價，專案資料與處理客戶需求 o與客戶窗口日常聯繫，回應業務/專案處理狀態並初步問題排解 o管理跨部門協調 (PM、工程、供應鏈與工廠) o處理內部行政庶務，報表更新與會議紀錄等工作 o學歷要求 大學以上學歷（商管、國貿、工業工程、電子工程、企管等相關科系尤佳） o語言能力 英文流利（TOEIC 700分以上或同等實力，須能撰寫商業郵件、參與英文會議） o溝通協調能力 良好的跨部門溝通與協調能力（需對接客戶端、內部 PM、工程、供應鏈與製造） o基本商務素養與邏輯思維 能理解專案進度、出貨節點、報價結構，具備數字與邏輯敏感度 o熟悉辦公軟體 熟練 Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)、PowerPoint、Outlook，能進行簡單的資料分析與簡報製作 o工作經驗2~5年 【加分條件】 o有電子業、ODM／OEM、B2B業務或專案助理相關經驗 o熟悉筆電或 PC 結構／組裝／BOM／NPI 流程者 o使用 SAP 或 ERP 系統 o會基本的中英文報價單處理／詢報價流程 o曾與國際客戶或大陸/東南亞工廠溝通經驗者佳
