## Job description
- Lead the design and development of drone hardware, ensuring product performance meets technical requirements
- Responsible for drone system prototype design and testing to ensure system reliability
- Manage hardware testing processes and quality, providing technical support
- Collaborate with factories to complete production processes, assist in debugging and problem solving
- Track the latest industry technology trends, innovate and apply new technologies
- Have more than 5 years of experience in drone hardware development
- Familiar with drone system design
- Proficient in Qualcomm platform design
- Capable of factory production and debugging
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
