## Job description

負責海內外廠區工程技術支援、設備導入及異常改善，協助跨國產線運作、技術整合與設備驗收，確保設備順利量產。執行海外自動化設備維護、製程改善及工程專案管理，提升產線生產效率與品質穩定性。支援海外據點設備安裝、ESD 靜電管理、良率分析及技術教育訓練，協助各廠區建立標準化作業流程，提升設備運作效能與生產品質。 無
