## Job description
- 負責前瞻產品專案之規劃、執行與追蹤，確保專案達成目標。
- 產品成本評估，管理專案預算。
- 協調生產排程與資源分配，確保專案順利執行並按時交付。
- 監控物料狀況，確保供應鏈順暢並處理突發問題。
- 與客戶進行需求確認與溝通，提供技術支持與解決方案。
- 跨部門合作與協調，整合資源以解決技術與執行層面的挑戰。
- 具備專案管理能力，能有效規劃專案時程與資源分配。
- 熟悉生產排程流程，能協調內外部資源以確保生產進度。
- 熟悉物料追蹤與管理，能快速解決物料短缺或延遲問題。
- 具備良好的客戶溝通能力，能清晰傳遞需求並處理客戶疑問。
- 至少2年以上相關工作經驗，具備跨部門協調與問題解決能力。
