## Job description

### 產能與人力規劃
- 每月產能評估，全廠區直接人員規劃安排及標準化。

### 工廠Layout規劃
- 與各單位討論工廠layout規劃，包括設備安裝時程、施工預算管控、動線設計。

### 成本規劃
- 產品成本評估及進行成本管控、分析及優化，包括MOH/Unit MOH等。

### 專案推行
- 專案評估，包括i4.0專案、AI數位轉型專案、成本改善相關專案。
- 生產流程標準化及ECRS優化。
