- SMT/DIP製程、規格了解
- 針對生產資料的收集、分析、進行Report
- 治工具設計
- 製程參數實驗DOE。
- 英文多益500以上尤佳
- 良好的溝通能力
- 主動積極的態度、
- 具備Excel巨集、PPT報告撰寫、PowerBI、電子電路基礎、SMT 三大製程基礎概念、品質與統計工具基礎尤佳
