## Job description

Project maintenance (mainly focus on design related tasks) after MP. ⁃ Alternative material evaluation & implement ⁃ Failure Analysis/ Support Quality issue or Escalation ⁃ Assigned tasks, including cost, NRE, schedule, scope, and "close"
- 具有3年以上的專案管理經驗，能夠有效組織和管理跨部門的團隊合作，確保項目按時交付。
- 具有產品開發時程管理的能力，能夠制定合理的開發計劃，並確保產品按時上市。
- 具有良好的內外部客戶溝通能力，能夠理解客戶需求並溝通給內部團隊，確保產品符合客戶期望。
- 具有優秀的問題解決能力和決策能力，能夠在壓力下迅速做出正確的決策。
- 具有領導能力和團隊合作精神，能夠帶領團隊共同完成目標。
