## Job description
- 統籌歐美廠區廠務系統之整體規劃、運轉、維護及改善
- 負責廠務課組織、工作分配、人員培訓及績效管理
- 主導歐美廠區新建、擴建、產能提升及設備導入等工程專案
- 建立並管理廠務設備之預防保養、定期檢查及故障維修制度
- 負責廠區消防系統之規劃、維護及管理
- 統籌消防設備檢查、測試、演練及缺失改善作業
- 負責廠務工程及維修承包商之管理
- 推動廠區能源管理、設備效率提升及營運成本改善專案
- 負責廠務異常及緊急事件之設備應變管理
- 與歐美廠區之生產、製程、設備、品質、採購、財務及環安衛等單位協調合作
- 具電機、機械、空調冷凍、環境工程或相關工程學系學士以上學歷
- 具備電子產業經驗優先考慮
- 具廠務、設備工程、機電工程或工廠建設管理經驗
- 熟悉廠務公用系統、設備維護及工程專案管理
- 歐美廠區、跨國工程或海外派駐經驗者佳
- 具備英文溝通及技術文件閱讀能力
- 具專案管理、承包商管理及跨部門協調能力
- 能配合海外出差、派駐或跨時區工作
