### 機構設計工程師

1. 伺服器產品之機構設計及文件資料維護 2. 3D和2D圖檔新增及維護 3. 機構件模具DFM檢討及試模 4. 機構件之GPM及樣品承認 5. 試產、組裝驗證、量產之機構設計確認及分析 6. PCB Design with EE & Layout B.伺服器散熱工程師
- Join liquid and air cooling solutions development for next-gen AI server products.
- Join liquid cooling system solutions development including CDU, manifold, and other secondary loop products.
- Perform thermal validation and simulation at the component, system, and rack level to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Advanced product / technology for thermal research and simultion.
- Define design guideline, specification, process, and establish database for liquid cooling products.
- Apply mechanical drawing skill for thermal solution, well cross-functional cimmuication skills and relative thermal knowledge background to decide the thermal solution. C.結構設計工程師
- CAE 進行結構分析.
- 應用固力學相關知識及測試數據, 進行風險評估, 原因解析, 及對策討論.
- 與國內外客戶進行專案討論.
- 新技術開發及先進技術資料收集.
- 專案流程及測試驗證計劃規劃及討論. 工作地點應該包括內湖/汐止/新竹縣竹北市
