## Job description

### 一、工作內容說明
- AOI/SPI/X-ray程式製作、誤判微調及設備維護保養
- 光學檢測專案執行
- 檢測設備評估與導入
- 即時SPC製程監控生產、CPK/PPK品質資料彙整及分析回饋
- 作業人員教育訓練

### 學歷科系
- 大學、碩士

### 工作經驗
- 具SPI/AOI/X-ray經驗尤佳，無經驗肯學可

### 專業能力
- 熟TRI、JET設備，SPC/CPK/PPK實務、Minitab、R語言或其他統計分析軟體尤佳 設備工程師:

### 一、工作內容說明
- 熟悉MPM系列設備機台操作及設備維護保養
- 置件零件資料庫建立及程式編程
- 工業4.0及設備監控系統專案執行
- 設備線體架構評估與導入
- 即時製程生產品質監控及分析回饋
- DIP波峰焊及選擇焊設備操作 5.作業人員教育訓練

### 學歷科系
- 大學、碩士

### 工作經驗
- 具SMT組裝廠及DIP波鋒焊經驗尤佳，無經驗肯學可

### 專業能力
- 熟CM,MPM,DIP回焊爐及選擇焊設備操作及設備故障排除
