## Job description

### 產能與人力規劃
- 每月廠區產能規劃與主管交辦事項；全廠區直接人員規劃安排與成本管控

### 工廠Layout規劃
- 與各單位討論工廠layout規劃，包括設備安裝時程、施工預算管控、動線設計。

### 成本規劃
- 討論產品成本規畫進行成本管控，包括MOH/Unit MOH等。

### 專案推行
- 專案包括i4.0專案、AI數位轉型專案、成本改善相關專案。
- 主管需具備3年以上IE相關工作經驗
- 熟悉產線Layout規劃與優化
- 具備生產效率改善與流程優化能力
- 能計算並設定標準產能及人力需求
- 具備良好的數據分析與溝通協調能力
