## Job description
- 主導產品專案管理，負責跨部門協調與溝通，確保專案按時完成並符合品質要求。
- 分析供應鏈效率與瓶頸，制定並執行改善方案以提高產能與運營效能。
- 驗證產品成本結構，提出成本控管策略並追蹤執行成效。
- 評估並選用適合的供應商，確保供應穩定且符合品質標準。
- 建立並優化內部流程，提高生產與專案執行的靈活性與準確性。

### 職務條件
- 擁有3年以上相關經驗，具備良好的跨部門溝通能力與專案管理能力。
- 熟悉品質管理系統（如ISO或其他相關標準），具備品質改善及異常處理經驗。
- 具備成本分析與成本控管能力，能有效執行節省成本的策略。
- 熟悉產能規劃與生產效率評估，能針對產能問題提出可行方案。
- 具備數據分析能力，能運用工具（如Excel、ERP系統）進行決策與報告。
- 擁有4年以上相關經驗，具備良好的跨部門溝通能力與專案管理能力。
- 熟悉品質管理系統（如ISO或其他相關標準），具備品質改善及異常處理經驗。
- 具備成本分析與成本控管能力，能有效執行節省成本的策略。
- 熟悉產能規劃與生產效率評估，能針對產能問題提出可行方案。
- 具備數據分析能力，能運用工具（如Excel、ERP系統）進行決策與報告。
