## Job description

### 負責新產品策略與規劃
- 與團隊合作達到KPI

### 產品開發與管理
- 與客戶完成新產品開發計劃，與緯創研發團隊協作，監督產品開發進度，確保產品按時交付。

### 產品績效追蹤與執行力
- 收集客戶反饋，提供改進建議，持續優化流程。

### 工作地點

緯創竹北/湖口優先
- 具備5年以上新產品管理經驗，熟悉產品生命周期管理及市場分析。
- 能有效建立並維持客戶關係，熟悉客戶需求並提供解決方案。
- 具備執行力，能在時限內完成產品開發與推廣計畫。
- 熟悉跨部門協作，具備溝通協調能力以推動專案進行。
