## Job description
- 負責建立與維護品質管理系統，包含檢驗標準、作業流程與品質稽核，確保產品與製程符合公司與客戶品質要求
- 規劃與執行製程與產品良率改善專案，透過問題分析、改善方案制定與實施，持續提升生產效率與產品品質
- 主導異常與客訴案件處理流程，包含問題釐清、原因分析、矯正與預防措施制定，並追蹤改善成效與風險控管
- 運用統計與數據分析工具，定期彙整與分析良率數據及品質指標，提出改善建議並製作品質報表與簡報
- 具3年以上QA品保相關工作經驗，熟悉製造業品質管理流程，能獨立規劃與執行品質稽核與改善專案
- 具良率改善實務經驗，能針對製程/產品良率問題進行系統性分析與跨部門協調，提出並導入改善方案
- 具異常處理能力，能即時釐清問題、主導異常調查與原因分析，制定矯正與預防措施並追蹤成效
- 具良率數據分析能力，熟悉統計分析工具與品質管制手法（如SPC、Pareto、DOE等），能以數據驅動決策與報表製作
- 具良好溝通協調能力與專案執行能力，能與研發、製造、工程等單位合作推動品質提升，具基本Office文書與報表撰寫能力
