## Job description
- 規劃、建置與維運 Proxmox VE與 Kubernetes 叢集（高可用、版本升級、資源配額、網路/儲存整合）以提升穩定性與擴展性。
- 設計與管理 Ceph 儲存（RBD/CephFS/RGW），包含容量規劃、效能調校、資料保護與故障排除。
- 建立與維護 CI/CD 與基礎設施即程式碼（GitOps/Terraform/Ansible），自動化部署、回滾與變更管理。
- 建置監控、日誌與告警（Prometheus/Grafana/ELK），制定 SLO/SLI，進行容量與成本優化、事故應變與根因分析。
- 具系統化思維與問題拆解能力，良好跨團隊溝通協作，重視風險與資安、文件化與知識分享，持續改進流程。
- 具3年以上 DevOps/SRE 維運經驗，熟悉 Linux 系統與網路基礎（TCP/IP、DNS、負載平衡）。
- 熟練 Kubernetes 生態（Helm、Operators、Ingress、CNI/CSI），具叢集規劃、升級、故障排除與資源調度經驗。
- 具 Ceph 實戰經驗（RBD/CephFS/RGW）之部署、擴容、效能調校與資料保護，熟悉叢集監控與修復流程。

### 熟悉 DevOps 流程與工具鏈（Git、CI/CD、IaC
- Terraform/Ansible/Argo CD），能以自動化提升可靠度與可重複性。
- 具私有雲（AWS/GCP/OpenStack）與可觀測性經驗（Prometheus/Grafana/ELK），了解資安與合規，良好溝通與文件撰寫能力。
