- 設計並優化生產線佈局以提高效率。
- 編寫和管理標準操作程序文件，確保生產過程的穩定性。
- 推動製程改善專案，持續提升產品品質和降低成本。
- 設計並實施產能規劃，確保生產需求的滿足。
- 進行人力資源規劃，優化人員配置以提高生產力。
- 協助專案推行，確保工程計畫按時完成。
- 監控生產效能指標，定期報告並提供改善建議。
- 建立並維護良好的跨部門溝通，確保資訊及時傳達。
- 分析生產流程，識別瓶頸並提出改善建議。
