## Job description
- 負責專案全生命周期管理，包含需求確認、專案規劃、執行追蹤、風險控管與結案檢討，確保專案在時程、成本與品質目標下完成。
- 與客戶及內部團隊持續溝通協調，釐清專案需求與變更，整理並維護專案文件與會議紀錄，確保資訊透明與一致。
- 整合跨部門資源，推動研發、品保、採購、製造等單位依專案計畫執行，並即時排除跨部門協作中之問題與瓶頸。
- 主導專案風險與問題管理，定期檢視風險清單與問題清單，提出因應方案並追蹤執行成效，確保專案穩定推進。
- 規劃並執行產品驗證與量產導入相關作業，包含試產安排、驗證時程控管、量產前後異常追蹤與改善，確保產品順利導入市場。
- 具1年以上專案管理實務經驗，熟悉專案流程規劃、時程控管與資源配置，能有效運用專案管理工具（如Gantt Chart、Issue Tracking等）確保專案如期完成。
- 具備良好的客戶溝通能力，能釐清需求、撰寫與解讀需求文件，定期與客戶進行專案進度與問題說明，維持良好合作關係。
- 具備風險管理能力，能主動辨識專案風險、提出因應與備援方案，並持續追蹤風險狀態，降低專案延誤或失敗機率。
- 具跨部門協調與溝通能力，能整合研發、品保、採購、製造等單位資源，推動專案決策與問題排除，確保專案目標一致。
- 具驗證與量產導入管理經驗，熟悉產品驗證流程與量產導入時程安排，能規劃試產、量產時程及異常追蹤，確保專案順利從開發階段導入量產。
