## Job description
- 經營與開發多元招募管道，包含 LinkedIn、104、Cake、獵才顧問及人才社群等。
- 規劃與執行校園徵才活動、企業說明會、校園大使及產學合作專案。
- 負責實習生計畫、研發替代役及其他人才發展專案之推動。
- 規劃與執行雇主品牌策略，提升企業人才市場能見度與吸引力。
- 經營企業招募官網、社群平台及人才社群內容。
- 分析招募及品牌經營成效，提出優化建議與改善方案。
- 大學以上學歷，人力資源、企管、行銷、傳播或相關科系尤佳。
- 具5年以上招募、校園徵才、產學合作或雇主品牌相關工作經驗。
- 具有科技業、高科技製造業或大型企業人才招募經驗者佳。
- 能獨立規劃及執行大型招募專案、校園徵才活動及品牌推廣計畫。
- 具數據分析能力，能透過招募及品牌指標提出改善策略。
- 具跨部門專案整合與資源協調能力。
- 英文具商務溝通能力（TOEIC 750分以上尤佳）。
