## Job description
- 規劃與統籌公司整體行政作業流程，優化文書、檔案、會議管理制度，具備流程設計與制度建置能力，確保行政運作高效且合規。
- 全面負責辦公室及各地區之總務管理，包括場地空間規劃、設備與資產管理、環境安全與清潔維護，需具備資源整合與成本控管能力。
- 主導行政與總務採購作業，包含需求評估、廠商開發與議價、合約管理及品質稽核，風險評估與數字敏感度。
- 帶領並管理行政總務團隊，包含工作分配、績效管理與人才培育，需具備領導統御、跨部門溝通協調與衝突管理能力。
- 大學以上學歷，8年以上行政或總務相關工作經驗，且至少3年以上帶領行政/總務團隊之主管經驗。

### 具備完整行政管理實務
- 包含文書與檔案管理、會議與行程安排、辦公室環境與安全管理等，能獨立規劃與優化流程。

### 熟悉總務與資產管理
- 含廠商開發與議價、合約與成本控管、固定資產與設備維護管理等，具成本意識與風險控管能力。

### 具備主管領導與跨部門溝通協調能力
- 能設定目標、分配與追蹤工作、培育團隊成員，並有效整合行政、總務與各部門需求。

### 良好報告與專案管理能力
- 能擬定年度行政/總務計畫與預算，定期向主管報告執行成果，具備危機處理與問題分析解決能力。
