## Job description
- 負責專案整體規劃與進度管理，包含訂定里程碑、資源配置與風險預先評估，確保專案按期、按質完成。
- 與程式開發團隊合作進行需求訪談與規格釐清，能理解技術限制並協助轉換為可執行的開發任務與排程。
- 協調生產管理與研發團隊，確保專案設計與製造流程銜接順暢，包含試產安排、量產時程與產能規劃。
- 建立並追蹤專案管理文件與報表（如專案計畫書、風險清單、變更紀錄等），具備細緻的文件整理與數據分析能力。
- 主導專案會議與跨部門溝通，具備清晰表達與談判協調能力，能有效整合各方意見並推動決策與執行。
- 具2年以上專案管理相關工作經驗，熟悉專案規劃、執行與風險控管流程。
- 具程式開發相關背景，能與開發團隊有效溝通需求與技術可行性，理解基本系統架構與開發流程。
- 具製造或生產管理經驗，了解生產排程、品質控管與成本管理，能協調產線與專案時程。
- 具跨部門溝通與協調能力，能整合研發、生產、品保、業務等單位資源，推動專案目標達成。
- 具良好問題分析與解決能力，能在專案執行過程中快速釐清問題、提出改善方案並追蹤執行成效。
