## Job description
- 負責生產相關目標KPI的制定、執行與監控，確保生產計畫順利完成
- 管理及協調生產團隊，進行人員培訓、排班及績效評估，提升團隊合作能力
- 主導生產專案改善計畫，分析並優化現有流程及資源配置，實現成本與效能最佳化
- 監督整體生產流程，確保作業標準化並符合公司品質與安全要求
- 即時追蹤並分析生產異常問題，制定改善對策，確保生產運作穩定
- 具備KPI管理經驗，能有效設定、追蹤及分析生產目標達成情況
- 熟悉人員管理，能夠培訓、指導及激勵團隊成員，提高生產效率
- 具備專案改善能力，能主導並推動生產相關專案的執行與成果交付
- 熟悉生產流程，能夠優化操作程序並提升整體生產效能
- 具備異常分析及解決能力，能快速有效地處理生產中出現的問題
