## Job description

成品生產管理主管
- 生產計畫執行與產能管理
- 人力配置及產線平衡優化
- UPH、OEE、Lead Time 指標管理與改善
- 品質、交期及成本目標達成
- 異常處理、跨部門協調及風險管控
- NPI 導入及量產爬坡管理
- 生產績效分析與經營報表製作
- 團隊管理、人才培育及組織發展 產線工程師
- 負責產線產品維修/異常排除及報廢品處理
- 治工具管理、維護及效能改善
- 省力化設備導入與電動工具校驗維護管理
- 執行持續改善專案（CIP），提升品質、生產力及降低成本
- 對應前端單位、SQM及相關客戶需求
- 協助產線稽核及改善事項追蹤
- 執行 ISO 系統維護及內外部稽核應對
- 異常分析、Root Cause Investigation及改善方案持續推動
- 生產良率、設備稼動率及製程能力監控與改善
- SOP制定討論、教育訓練及技術文件維護
