## Job description
- 負責公司機房設備、伺服器及網路設備之維護與管理。
- 執行 PC、Notebook、印表機等終端設備之安裝、設定及故障排除。
- 負責 Windows 作業系統、Office 軟體及相關應用程式之維護與支援。
- 管理 Active Directory（AD）、帳號權限及 Microsoft 365 環境。
- 監控資訊設備運作狀況並進行異常排除。
- 協助資訊安全政策執行及端點設備管理。
- 配合資訊基礎架構建置、升級及專案導入。
- 撰寫維運文件及設備管理紀錄。
- 提供使用者 IT 技術支援服務。 具有2年以上 機房/伺服器/電腦硬體維護、軟體管理經驗
