## Job description
- 負責專利佈局與專利申請文件撰寫、審查意見答覆及後續維護，確保公司技術成果獲得完整保護。
- 與研發、法務及各事業部協作，從技術研發階段即參與評估專利性與保護策略，提供專業建議。
- 執行專利檢索、技術比對與競品專利分析，定期彙整產業與專利情報，支援公司技術與商業策略。
- 進行專利有效性、侵權風險與規避設計分析，撰寫風險評估報告並提出具體因應方案。
- 處理專利授權與合作相關之合約條款技術面評估，協助談判與履約管理，並追蹤專利權利狀態與時程。
- 大學以上理工或法律相關科系畢業，具3年以上專利工程師或相關智慧財產實務工作經驗。
- 具備處理集團專利授權合約及履約管理之實務經驗，能獨立規劃與追蹤合約執行狀況。
- 熟悉與集團各事業部及國內外事務所之溝通協調，能有效控管專利申請、授權與維護等流程。
- 具備專利有效性與侵權分析實務能力，能撰寫相關技術與法律分析報告，支援公司決策。
- 具備良好數據分析能力，能依需求進行大量專利與市場數據分析，並產出結構化報告與建議。
