## Job description
- 負責生產流程與工時分析，透過時間研究、動作與路線優化，提升作業效率與標準工時準確度，並能運用統計與資料分析工具進行量化評估
- 規劃產能與設施布局，依產品別與訂單需求進行產能試算、產線平衡、設備與治具配置，確保產線具備最佳產能與彈性
- 參與數位孿生專案，協助建立虛實整合的產線模型，導入製造數據蒐集與模擬分析機制，支援產能預測、排程優化與改善方案驗證
- 推動製程與作業改善專案，包含作業標準化、工法優化、減少浪費與提升品質穩定度，並能以系統化方法規劃、執行與追蹤改善成效
- 跨部門協調與專案管理，整合生產、設備、品質及IT等單位資源，撰寫分析報告與專案簡報，推動改善方案共識與落實執行
- 具3年以上IE工業工程相關工作經驗，熟悉製造業RMA生產流程與現場運作模式
- 具流程及工時分析能力，能進行時間研究、動作分析與瓶頸診斷，並提出改善方案
- 具產能與設施規劃經驗，能依訂單需求與產品特性進行產能試算、產線平衡、設備/治具配置與Layout規劃
- 具數位孿生專案參與或執行經驗，熟悉製造數據蒐集、模型建構與系統導入流程
- 具良好跨部門溝通協調與專案管理能力，能獨立撰寫報告、簡報，並推動改善專案落地執行
