## Job description
- Analyze manpower and work hours
- Standardize and digitalize management workflows and procedural documents
- Plan the overall framework and objectives for smart facility operations, M1 (Manufacturing 1.0) integration, and Industry 4.0

### Energy Management
- Implement energy-saving technical upgrades and develop/utilize energy management systems
- Promote compliance with and achievement of specific standards (e.g., green buildings, smart buildings, and various system audits)
- Implement company policies and performance indicators (e.g., decarbonization, renewable energy)
