## Job description

### 職務內容
- 負責數位轉型產品之規劃與管理，包含市場與內部需求分析、產品定位、功能規劃及版本迭代。
- 深入製造現場進行需求訪談與流程盤點，將營運痛點轉化為可執行的數位解決方案與產品功能。
- 與研發及IT團隊合作，依照產品開發流程推動專案進度，包含需求文件撰寫、時程控管與風險管理。
- 規劃並執行產品導入與推廣，包括教育訓練、導入計畫、使用者回饋蒐集與持續優化。
- 運用數據分析與問題診斷能力，追蹤產品成效與使用行為，提出改善建議以提升產線效率與產品價值。

### 職務條件
- 具備3年以上製造業相關工作經驗，熟悉工廠營運流程 (如NPI流程 等)。
- 具備數位轉型產品相關經驗，能規劃並推動導入與優化。
- 熟悉產品開發流程及專案管理數位工具 (如Jira 等)。
- 具備良好溝通協調與專案管理能力，能跨部門協調資源、解決問題，推動專案如期完成。
- 具備系統性問題分析與數據思維，能以數據佐證決策，並持續優化產品與流程，提升營運效率。
