## Job description
- 生產計畫制定，達成生產目標
- 規劃排程，確保資源的有效配置
- 考量產能、設備限制、生產進度等因素，進行適當排程調整
- 依據計畫掌握原物料與零配件物料需求規劃，確認料況並管控存貨水位分析
- 跨部門溝通協調
- 其他主管交辦事項
- 具備1年以上生物管相關經驗，熟悉生產計畫及排程管理。
- 了解庫存管理，能夠有效分析及調整庫存量。
- 優秀的跨部門溝通協調能力，能夠快速解決生產及管理問題。
- 具備良好的數據分析能力，能用於生產流程優化及問題解決。
