## Job description
- 硬體與系統架構設計
- 參與 AI Server 硬體架構規劃（GPU/CPU/Storage/Networking 配置），設計高密度、高效能運算解決方案。
- 協同硬體團隊進行電路設計審查（如 PCB Layout、Power Delivery、Thermal 設計驗證）。
- 評估關鍵零組件（如 GPU 加速卡、高速互連介面 NVLink/InfiniBand）的技術選型與相容性測試。
- 技術支援與問題解決
- 提供客戶端（含工廠生產端）on-site 技術支援，針對 GPU/Server/Storage/Networking 等硬體與系統進行除錯、問題分析及解決。
- 協助客戶端（含工廠生產端）試產與量產階段的測試工具導入、良率提升及問題反饋。
- 重現問題並生成報告，協調內部團隊及資源提出改善方案。
- 客戶與專案管理
- 擔任客戶第一線窗口，管理客訴問題追蹤、彙總及知識庫建立。
- 審查 Sustaining 專案（如 ECR、2nd source 驗證與 BOM 管理）。
- 文件與溝通
- 與客戶/內部團隊溝通技術需求，撰寫技術文件（規格說明、trouble shooting等）。
- 培訓並支援當地FAE。
- 系統驗證、除錯與分析
- 執行系統級測試（壓力測試、熱模擬、功耗分析），確保符合資料中心規格（如 OCP 標準）。
- 執行硬體/軟體測試，分析相容性問題（如 GPU 驅動衝突、PCIe 通道錯誤），並提供解決方案。 1.

### 學歷要求

大學以上，電機電子工程、資訊工程或相關領域 2. 2-4年以上科技/電腦相關產業經驗，具X86/ARM/GPU 伺服器相關產品驗證、FAE 支援或產品管理經驗尤佳 3. 具備硬體設計工具基礎知識（如 OrCAD/Allegro Layout 操作） 4.

### 工作地點

汐止/新竹並且能配合出差（北美和歐洲、每半年 1~2 次） 5. 多益 500 分以上尤佳
